Informational Meetings

The informational meeting enables the organization to present its case to decision makers of the community. It allows these key leaders to come face-to-face with the organization and its staff to exchange their opinions and views. It allows the leaders to carefully consider and weigh their position in view of the facts presented. This approach provides an opportunity to presell the needs before any solicitation takes place. It also helps identify key leaders for a campaign.
