• Design your case statement with your input

• Prepare all materials and conduct all volunteer meetings

• Interview as many members as are willing to interview, not just the
top givers

• Present a comprehensive report including recommendations and a
realistic estimate of the amount that can be raised

• Prepare pledge request packets

• Conduct follow-up to encourage maximum participation

• Be available for consultation through the duration of pledge program
